1. Introduce yourself and media brand to our readers:
Women's History Month to me means looking back at all the great women who paved the way for women to live the life they deserve, and now having doors open for women today to make their own history.
2. How are you using your gifts to propel women forward?
I use my gifts to assist single moms who live in poverty plan for a better life by offering coaching classes and having mentoring groups. I also minister to mother's who have lost their children to deal with the grieving process and continue to live life.
3. What advice would you share with readers who are hesitant to pursue their passion?
I didn't start living my life until I was 36 years old. Because I was a teenage mom at 15 years old and a single mom of six children people made me feel I had totally messed up my life and I believed them. But, I still felt so empty and I did not feel that I was happy until I published my first book and it clicked that I can accomplish anything I desired if I just believed in myself. For the woman out there who is procrastinating about pursuing her passion; honey you will continue to feel empty until you go for it. So do it and you don't need permission from anyone.
4. How can readers support your efforts in 2019?
Readers can support my efforts by first asking a single mom does she need help in accomplishing her goals. Sometimes instead of people talking about how many baby daddies people have ask the woman how can I assist you so that you can financially support your family. If you can't help them send them to me that is what I specialize in. It's time for women who are raising kids alone to be financially stable so that we don't stress out from day to day motherhood duties.
5. What is your favorite inspirational quote?
My favorite inspirational quote right now, because I have a few is by Bill Gates "If you are born poor its not your mistake, but if you die poor its your mistake". That is the quote I have been reminding myself about for the last six months.
