Please introduce yourself and business: Hello! I’m a NASM certified Personal Trainer with almost 10 years of experience. I have a degree in Physiological Science from UCLA and am a former Bruin Athlete. I have a passion for teaching women how to become stronger and more confident through weight training. At Brittany Noelle Fitness I work with my team to create custom workout programs and meal plans for my clients. I believe that fitness should fit you, not the other way around. Fitness should be fun and always evolving to fit the changes that will inevitably happen in your life. What inspired you to pursue this area of interest?
There are many people in my life including myself who have suffered from injuries and chronic pain. Working out and building strength is a great way to prevent future injuries and to reduce pain when done correctly. I love helping people move better and feel better so that they can live a more fulfilled life. Any advice you can share with women just getting started on a similar purpose pursuit? Take the time to learn as much as possible. Keep continuing your education and work with different people to develop your coaching skills and sharpen your techniques. Also make sure to have confidence! What is next for you in 2020 & how can readers connect with you online or support your business?
