Tell us a bit about yourself and business journey:
I have always been a boss & an entrepreneur. At the age of 9, I started a babysitting business and the rest was history. Now as a wife & mother of 6, I own a thriving empire, that includes companies in the transportation industry, real estate, coaching, and direct marketing industries. Being a boss, especially a lady boss, is not all roses. My journey has been riddled with failures and ugliness. Loss of friends & family, etc. but I wouldn't trade this ride for the world. The rewards greatly outnumber the sacrifices if you stay the course.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned from being a boss?
If everyone is happy, somebody is broke lol. You have to make tough decisions when you're a boss & building an empire. You cannot and will not always be the popular person. You have to be comfortable with being disliked.
Please share a few of your 2020 business accomplishments:
* Two of my businesses were incorporated this year
* My empire net worth has crossed the million dollar mark
What is next for you?
I look forward to expanding into other states. Currently, my businesses have a presence in the South/Southeastern region only.
