​​I am Tamika Blythers a master trainer/facilitator, best selling author, dynamic educator, entrepreneur, & transformational speaker…. Hybridpreneur! My consulting business, EduVizon, LLC provides empowerment education, transformational speaking, and hosting/emcee services designed to enhance, transform & create premium results. I educate, equip, and inspire individuals to have a balanced life through transformational strategies. 

What makes you unique in your industry?
I am unique to my industry because of the versatility I possess. As a veteran educator and lifelong learner, I have acquired numerous skills and abilities that have catapulted me into numerous arenas. Those areas include consulting, professional writing, entrepreneurship, and transformational speaking. As a result of these dynamic combinations, I have evolved into a successful blossoming hybrid. 

Please share your top 3 most proud accomplishments to-date:
Three of my most proudest accomplishments to date are:

1. Teacher of the year 2002 & 2007 Muscogee County School District
2. Honored & recognized by the Minority Chamber of Commerce as one of Columbus Georgia’s 20 Top Women of Influence in 2011 & Outstanding Business Leader of the year 2021 by Iota Phi Lambda Sorority Inc. 
3. Being a 3x best selling author & an international best selling author 

Any advice to other women in your industry?
The advice I’d like to share with other women in my industry is this:
Tip 1: Focus on who you are.
Tip 2: Value what you bring to the table.
Tip 3: Master your craft and talents.
Tip 4: Realize that comparison is the 
           thief of dreams.
Tip 5: Don’t let fear stop you from 
           making difficult decisions.
Tip 6: Seize EVERY opportunity.

What is next for you in 2021 and how can readers connect with you online?
My next power moves scheduled for remainder of 2021 are:
