What inspired you to pursue this area of interest?
Good question ,I do believe I was born with the helping gift. However, my childhood experiences wasn’t that good. If it wasn’t the ongoing fighting at home or the name calling and bullying at school or being a teen mom and married at 21 , I lost myself , I felt there was no escape. I started to believe I wasn’t worthy. I was overwhelmed and thought I was destined for nothingness. As a child who witnessed domestic violence it affected my self esteem. Through my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ I knew that all of my childhood/adulthood pains was for a purpose. I firmly believed God was close to the broken-hearted and those that are crushed in spirit. This gave me hope. I did have to do much practical work on my self and with that I have Survived and Thrived. Static’s show 50% of Children who witnessed CDV are associated with adult depression, trauma related symptoms and low self esteem. So again, My life experience inspired and confirmed that I was born to assist, advocate and educate professional women and moms through life transitions. Tell us about some of the services you offer women: I offer Executive Coaching, forgiveness, self limited belief and goal setting workshops along with individual coaching sessions. I do have speaking presentations on all topic listed above including Childhood Domestic Violence. What is next for you in 2019?
