​Deena C. Brown. PhD is the CEO of DC Brown International. A highly sought-after consultant, mentor and speaker who helps individuals and teams to develop the ability to communicate and collaborate at a world class level so they can grow their business result. 
Dr. Brown hosts a weekly talk radio show “Get Real with Dr. Deena on LA Talk Radio, and launched Walking Through Glass: The Podcast in February 2019.

What made you want to become an Entrepreneur?
Entrepreneurship provides an outlet for my creative gifts. I didn’t seek to become an entrepreneur I evolved into the business. I knew it was time to shift into my next greater and entrepreneurship doesn’t come with boundaries.
 
Share something funny and exciting:
My secret confession is that I would love to get my bartending license and open a bar. I would love to collect stories and utilize my imagination to create signature one of a kind drinks.
 
Next direction:
Women must embrace their authentic truth and boldly walk in their gifts unapologetically to trail-blaze for the next generation of women. Seasoned women must take in active role in mentor younger women who not only need inspiration to aspire to reach the next level but provide specific tools to assist them in achieving the goals they set for themselves. 
 
Additionally, we must provide access to critical resources such as capital, strategic partnerships, collaborations, and information that will unlock the doors blocking their success. 

 Final words:
Self-care is the ultimate healthcare. It is so important to learn to love yourself FIRST so that you can give from your overflow. Embrace the art of loving YOU because you are unapologetically beautiful and there is no one else like you.
