There are 5 things that I believe make me a CREATIVE CEO:
- A Winning Mindset / Ready to take Risks / Foresight / Adaptability / My Network.  These are the 5 areas I focus on daily as a CEO of 6-figure business structure.

What major business lesson did you learn in 2020?
The major business lesson I learnt in 2020 is how to be able to PIVOT quickly and in the right direction.  With the pandemic surprising the entire world, no business leader was ready for what was going to happen.  However, the best leaders were the ones who were able to quickly PIVOT their business plan and focus on what would work for the business in the time of chaos and uncertainty.

Any 2-3 tips you can share with readers to help them win in 2021?
This is how I plan on winning in 202WON and I feel if you implement these simple tips, you will also be able to surprise yourself as to how well you'll succeed.
- DO NOT let the current climate make you fearful - FOCUS on your mission, purpose and plans for you and the future of your business.  Overcome your fears by focusing on your results!
- FOCUSED journaling - I've been practicing this for the past 2 years.  Journal daily!  Make your plans daily!  Stick to your goals daily!
- Self Care - we are going to work harder in 2021 than we did in 2020, so take time for YOU.  Mental health is imperative and essential.  No one is going to take care of you better than you...so do you!

Share a bit of your vision and plans for this year:
Some of my vision and plans for this year is mainly focusing on scaling up. My word for 2021 is MORE.  I want to be able to learn more, read more, make more money, etc.  So my vision / plans are focused on MORE.  I'm all about turning vision into legacy and in my own life that's exactly what I'm focused on this year.  One of biggest goals is going from a 6-figure business structure to a 7-figure business.  I'm all in and ready to win this year.
