As a Creator, please share how your efforts help women to thrive.
The target population of my business is women.  We help women to discover their God given gift and monetize the gift converting it into a 5-7 figure income generating business in what we call converting passion to profits.

What top 3 steps helped you reach success in your passion?  
1. Remain consistent-I've had to remain consistent and persistent even in down season

2. Align with my gift-Initially as an entrepreneur we do any and everything we know how to do to assure we keep money coming in.  This week i'm baking, next week i'm doing t-shirts, net week i'm mowing lawns and we give it a cute name like hustling or chasing the bag but in all actuality we're confusing our audience and compromising our wellness being all over the place. (i'm as guilty as many others of this).  I've learned to align my income with my gift and operate only in my passion.

3. I've diversified my gift- created streams of consistent and passive income from my passion.  In many cases when you hear about passive income it's from stream like MLMs, real estate investing, Uber, etc. however I encourage my clients and myself not to deviate from their gift to simply diversify it.  There are a minimum of 5 streams of income from each God given gift and I've discovered and implemented 10 from mine!!

How have you pivoted this year to still achieve your goals in spite of the unprecedented changes we're all experiencing? 
I've told my clients to Pivot and not pause in business during this pandemic in order to sustain in business.  I've taken my own advice.  Many of our high end Coaching services aren't being accessed as they were pre-pandemic therefore we've yielded began to promote more of out low ticket items such as non profit development, grant writing as well as our products.  The change in direction is helping us to sustain during this pandemic.
