Who is Dr. Marsie Ross at her core?
This is a wonderful question that I think we should all pose to ourselves on the regular! For me what is most defining for me is that I am a person of integrity. A person who at her core wants to help people. It could be something small like tell a woman she has lipstick on her teeth or big like developing products that help women thrive and live life full of energy! At my core I am a servant and a cheerful giver. And that has guided me personally and professionally. As a clinical pharmacist I am a member of a highly trusted profession that serves its customers and community selflessly.

What inspired you to launch the 'Inner Beauty Reigns' brand? We can’t avoid trials and conflict as we experience this life. Inner Beauty Reigns was inspired by the realization that we are not defined by those trials, but instead are molded into something better as we embrace and live out each lesson. As we gain wisdom and understanding, we must allow the best version of ourselves to reign, from the inside out. What top 3 messages do you share with women regarding self confidence? Confidence is first rooted in knowing your creator. The more in tune you are with God, the more you will be in tune with yourself. Secondly, confidence can’t be feigned. Either you have it or you don’t. Be intentional about developing your level of confidence. Lastly, confidence is about owning who you are and what you do! Be unapologetic about who God created you to be! What is next for you in 2019? We have The Courage To Walk Away: 30 Day Devotional which will be released in January. It used to be so simple. You just added up your income, subtracted expenses, and the rest went into savings. With a new baby arriving, finances are about to get even more complicated. Here are a few things to bear in mind so you won’t worry too much about tomorrow, and you can enjoy today with your new child. Overall Assets First of all, you need to know how much you’ve got, and that includes all of your assets. Unless you’re holding a lot of cash, the roof over your head makes up the majority of that figure. You can get a quick estimate online, but for more accuracy, you’ll have to do some research into sale prices of comparable homes in your area. If in doubt, real estate agents offer broker price opinions or competitive market analyses. After adding up your other assets, such as stocks, you’ll know your net worth. This will help you protect your value and budget for unexpected expenses while planning for your future as well as that of your child.
