That means turning their products and services into media content, (i.e. podcast, tv shows etc.) that will generate revenue and brand awareness. What inspired you to become a coach? I've always had a heart for helping entrepreneurs, but showing them how to create a unique brand voice and a brand that people will fall in love with because they are buying the person, not the product. Then, combining that with my first love of production it was like a perfect marriage. What top 2 problems does your coaching solve? The top 2 problems my coaching solves is how to create media content from what you already have. Also, learn to effectively connect and speak directly to your potential customers and how to create products/services they need. Any advice to readers that may be facing those problems right now? My advice to readers facing problems right now is to stay focused and be consistent NO MATTER WHAT! Once you start showing up for your customers consistently, your money will come consistently. Also, have a plan! Brand strategy is your friend. Plan, plan and plan some more. Work a plan consistently until you get it right. Business is like a math problem, you have to show your work in order for people to buy into you. How can readers connect with you online? As a Creator, please share how your efforts help women to thrive. I have a huge heart for women and the main thing I want is for us all to be successful. I've created a space on my blog to feature some amazing women. I love to spotlight women who are doing great things in their businesses and share that with my audience. What top 3 steps helped you reach success in your passion? Always trusting God in whatever I am doing. Doing research to make sure I am up to date with the latest information in my craft. Always showing up for myself and my clients even when times were tough. How have you pivoted this year to still achieve your goals in spite of the unprecedented changes we're all experiencing? During this time, I've actually seen the most success in my businesses. As someone who manages events, I totally had to pivot to a hybrid or virtual experience for my clients. I had to do extensive research on how the virus affected the events industry as well as virtual platforms to manage events. What inspired you to become a Speaker?
Speaking chose me. Ever since elementary school I was one of the ones people came to for clarity and a deeper understanding of life in general. I didn’t embrace this as a gift until I was an adult and began to question my purpose and how to be most impactful. AlsPlease introduce yourself:
I am Victoria Randle MSN, NP-C. I have a desire to help shape a better future for those who need my message by sharing my personal life experiences. Life has provided many challenges for me, however, I have been able to overcome them and stay focused on creating a better future for me and my family. I know there are others out there who share my experience and just need to see themselves in me to overcome! What makes you a visionary? Being a visionary to me means being able to use or share my personal experience and my perspective relate to those experiences to shape or change someone else's life. Being a visionary is a gift and I am blessed to be entrusted with it. Share the 3 key steps that helped you bring your vision to life: I had to sit back and truly analyze what I was doing, understand what was working and be willing to admit and fix what was not. Being consistent and not getting discouraged when I came across a bump in the road. Always remembering my WHY to keep me motivated. What is next for you in 2020? I am using 2020 to prepare my business to take me beyond my dreams in 2021. 2020 is strategy and planning season! What inspired you to become a Speaker? I have been coaching for years - my ability to help others desire transformation in their life through my words or messages that inspire and motivate them to create change in areas of their life is important to me. Share the top 2 messages that you convey during events: 1. Say the C-word three times And transform your life C-words are Chaos, Clarity and Commitment. Tess Tims created the celebrated 3C’s system to help transform herself from a hopeless welfare mom with no prospects into a successful entrepreneur with a multi-million dollar empire. It can also transform you into a gorgeous butterfly, serenely floating above it all. 2. Me, Myself and Aye! Learning to become the author of your own novel, come Hell or high water The greatest distance in all the universe is between one human mind and another. Only good communication can bridge that unimaginable gap, but good communication doesn’t happen all that often. So for most of our lives we are totally alone, even when we’re surrounded by close friends and family. What has the current season taught you about Life and/or entrepreneurship? Don’t put all your eggs in one basket, diversify. How do you plan to make the next 6 months, your best 6 months? She brings her guests an opportunity to have their stories heard. Alisha is a proud first-generation college graduate of Arizona State University. She has her Bachelor's of Science in family and human development. She currently works in the realm of education also. What makes you a visionary? One of the most prominent lessons I’ve learned in my 25 years, is that history tends to repeat itself. Because of this, I not only learn from my mistakes, but I learn from the mistakes of others as well. This has given me strong critical thinking skills. Share the 3 key steps that helped you bring your vision to life: As a first generation graduate, at times the entrepreneurship path can feel overwhelming. There are many basic concepts that I have only recently learned as an adult, and that can bring out feelings of doubt and insecurity. The following 3 steps have greatly aided me in my path and has brought forth my inner confidence: 1 - Having a solid blueprint 2 - Having faith even when entire picture is unseen 3 - Networking and collaborating with others Although life is unpredictable, I believe it is critical to have a solid blueprint of your career goals and life desires. I’ve always wanted to open a beauty supply store since I was a young child. My original plan was to pursue my MBA in hopes that it would equip me with the knowledge to establish and operate a brick and mortar. After a year in a MBA cohort, I realized it was not what God had intended for me. It was difficult leaving grad school and essentially disappointing my parents, but I knew my plan to open a beauty supply store had not failed, just detoured. Moments like these are guided by my strong faith. I had no solid backup plan when I left school, in fact, the healthcare company I had worked at for 2 years eliminated my position just 2 days after I left my last lecture! Things were not looking promising, but I continued to remain resilient in my faith in God and I did not give up! What inspired you to become a Speaker?
As a business owner, you must always be prepared to speak. I have been planning events for over 15 years now. It only made sense that I would incorporate speaking at my events as well. I often get asked to speak as a healthcare professional with over 30 years of experience as well. Share the top 2 messages that you convey during events: First as a collaborator, I always teach the essentials of connecting with others and building relationships that are profitable. Networking will always be essential not just for business, but anything you do. Secondly, you can just wait for someone to give you something or include you in something. Sometimes the door is closed, but it is not the end. You may try another or "Create Your Own". Success must be taken, it will never be given to you. What has this current season taught you about life and/or entrepreneurship? You must be willing to adjust. Many of us have been comfortable with daily routines which has made us lazy. The uncertain times has forced many to re-think what they are doing. I have learned to take greater risk and to increase my digital presence and visibility. How do you plan to make the next 6 months, your best 6 months? I have been working on increasing my visibility. I have a few event coming up. First, Level Up Your Visibility and Profitability (June 24 & 25) which will be virtual and the Power Up Summit which will be held in Biloxi (July 24-26, 2020). I will follow that up with Success Women's Conference which will also be virtual over seven days (September 9-15). I am also writing, my book collaboration, "Trailblazers Who Lead", which features 29 stories from some great women. I also have a few more books coming out. In addition, KKonnections with Kearn Cherry radio and podcast will be coming out as well. I will get a chance to interview some Amazing people. Interestingly, I had the opportunity when I was a young child to speak in front of people at church, during conventions, and in whatever capacity my parents told me to while involved in church. Little did I know then what I was becoming the speaker I am today and what my parents were creating was the “me in the making.” Thank God they did! Throughout my professional career, I have had numerous opportunities to speak whether it was at a school, in a board room, conference room, in a church, at a community organization, at different businesses, on the campus of colleges or universities, at a community event, or for any special occasion or event that requested my services. That foundation and those experiences continue today as I do speaking engagements at different venues. I continue to share my life experiences and my professional journey with others to make a powerful impact in the lives of others! Share the top 2 messages that you convey during events: One message that I always convey is, “Education is HARD work, but it is also HEART work.” Education is like no other profession on the planet. Yet and still we must work on educating the whole child to make an impact. Educating kids is not like producing a product where you can control all the variables. Variables in a child’s life are sometimes complex and we as educators must find the right touch to get the best from each child. Another message is to, “Love what you do and do what you love.” I have always been an educator and aspired to become one even when I was young. It is so important to do what you enjoy doing and that you are passionate about doing. This not only brings you joy, but you get to elevate your skills because you love what you are doing and you will continue your journey of growing and learning because of your passion for your chosen profession. You get to share your gift with the world and help to make it a better place! What has this current season taught you about life and/or entrepreneurship? As an entrepreneurship, this current season has taught me to always strive to be better than I was yesterday, to keep elevating, speak positive affirmations about myself, what I do, and the impact I make in the lives of others, and allow myself the opportunity to explore the unknowns about myself. I am amazed at what unknown skills I possess, what impact I continue to make, and what lies ahead on my journey! When there is one no, just know there are three yeses. Keep it moving and believe the sky is the limit! No one can stop what God has already blessed. Just watch and let it manifest! How do you plan to make the next 6 months, your best 6 months? Wow! Sometimes I must hold myself back from all the things I want to accomplish because I know I must slow it down and be lasered focused. I can be a work-alcoholic and get involved in too much at times. However, the next six months will bring about more books, more speaking engagements, more connections and relationships that will build my ability to elevate, definitely elevation of my business, and more centered in my God given purpose! I am excited and proceed with wonder! I AM READY! Please share your speaker booking info and social media info: My speaker booking information can be located at www.dressiespeaks.com. I would have to say that my faith in God drives my ambition. Life for me once upon a time was titled TROUBLE. However, I was able to forge forward because I had little to no fear of failure. The chaos, which presented itself day in and day out, taught me that my life would change if I learned to look at failure from a different perspective. Someone once told me that the lessons which lead to greatness are not sexy or glamorous. So, they’re rarely practiced and rarely taught. Therefore, they are rarely learned. Most of the world’s greatest achievers come from broken homes. Yet we have this gut-wrenching feeling that things are supposed to be different. A feeling that echoes that you’re supposed to be happier. You’re supposed to be wealthy? Then, one day I realized that the nudging, the frustration, the dream - was God! How are you using your gifts to help women? These days I’m helping women from all walks of life. As a Life Coach, I am inspiring and motivating each client to implement plans in order to change their lives. Helping each person to identify major areas for growth and learning. I am encouraging them to appreciate what they currently have, while actively pushing them to explore what their core values are with self-inquiry. Decision making becomes so much easier when we know what our values are and understand the consequences and rewards of each decision. Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? Honestly, I believe the power we have to see into our future is developed by how well we are aware of the moment called NOW. My next level excites me. I see myself living a world class lifestyle speaking and empowering large crowds of women. Remarried and traveling without having to budget because work is what I do - It’s not who I am. What advice would you share for staying productive during quarantine? Build a routine. Create a schedule for productivity. Create a plan for survival. For example, from 8am to 9am I exercise and from 10am - 11am I eat breakfast. Organization brings about instant gratification. Take down anything that no longer inspires you such as those pictures of dead relatives that bring sadness. Remove everything and anything that pulls your spirit into a lower frequency. And lastly, what you hear determines what you feel, so build up an energetic playlist. How can readers support your business? Referrals. Do you know anyone who is wondering aimlessly through life?
