We as multi-dimensional beings must work on achieving inner balance and wellbeing before we can truly Live the Abundant Life God has for us. Wellness isn’t just about eating kale and going vegan. Wellness is about the health of our spirituality, thoughts, inner self, relationships, emotions, finances, and fulfilling our divine assignment. When one area of our lives is out of balance, all other areas of our lives are impacted. It also represents inner healing that needs to be addressed. I help women solve the challenges they experience in their health, mindset, relationships, emotions, spirituality and life by providing them with the holistic tools they need to achieve inner and outer wellness. I am also the author of, “The Fearless Woman”, “The Healthy Eating Guide” and “My Vision Journal”. I am a Mother to an amazing 2-year-old son and I love all things holistic. I spend a lot of time studying metaphysics, mind science and personal development. I’ve been vegan for almost a decade and love speaking to inspire others to strive for God and the Promise He has for them. 2. How are you using your talents to propel women forward?
I use my personal experiences, knowledge and voice to communicate the value of holistic wellness. One of my talents is speaking to inspire and educate others. It is one of my greatest joys. I created a Whole Woman Wellness program called, “Elevate Your Life: Attract the Man, Money & Life of Your Dreams”. The program is all about doing the inner work and making the necessary shifts in thought and action to align with the desires of one’s heart. I also teach holistic lifestyle workshops that focus on self-love & self-esteem, healthy living & holistic detoxing. 3. What advice would you share with women that want to enter your industry? My best advice would be to be patient with yourself and invest in yourself, read, study and do your best to apply the knowledge. A Life of Wellness doesn’t happen over night, it’s a daily journey. Working on ourselves, studying, applying and teaching what we know along our individual pathway way will open the door for so many more to feel motivated and inspired to live healthier lives. 4. What is next for you in 2019 & how can readers support your efforts? 2019 will be a Big Year for Me! My Signature Program, “Elevate Your Life” is only offered a few times a year, however, I am launching a few Online Courses in the arena of Holistic Wellness for Women. I have several speaking engagements lined up and will be doing a Holistic Wellness Retreat! If any of your readers are interested in learning more about Holistic Wellness, they can connect with me, I would be happy to be a resource for them on their journey to Living a more Abundant Life. 5. Introduce yourself and your business: My name is Gracia Collins Rich. I am an author, journalist with Formidable Woman Magazine, freelance writer and founder of the Broken Dolls Initiative. I am from the small town of Rains, South Carolina and it is my purpose to lead women to the promises God has for them and the best versions of themselves through my writing and mentorship. How are you using your talents to propel women forward?
I am using the talent of my writing by creating books, blogs and other writings to encourage, inspire and empower women to see who they really are. I am also using my talent of mentorship through my company, The Broken Dolls Initiative to let women know that even though we are broken, we can be made whole and the everyone deserves a second chance. Nothing is so bad that you can't come back from. There is always beauty from ashes. What advice would you share with women that want to enter your industry? The advice that I would give any woman that chooses this industry or any other is to always be YOURSELF. You may be encouraged by someone, you may see someone as a role model, but to truly excel in any industry, you have to be your true, authentic self. What is next for you in 2019 & how can readers support your efforts? This year I will release my full length novel, Sometimes I Cry, which I would describe as a complete revolution of a woman's life as she comes to grips with whom she really is. It will be available this winter at www.graciacrich.com and booksellers near you. The Broken Dolls Initiative, LLC will have events for young girls and women in the fall of the year. All will be announced at my website. There are exciting things to come. Please share your contact information & social media handles: You can find me at www.graciacrich.com, IG @beautifullynaturalgeek and on Facebook @Gracia Collins Rich
