I have had a clear vision for many years that students are our future. My business model is focused on incorporating interns into my organization to properly reach, teach and train them in how to be successful as a Business Analyst and Project Manager. As the result of my professional experiences with a Computer Science degree, as a Developer, Database Designer, QA/Testing Manager, Trainer, Technical Writer, Adjunct Professor and Business Analyst, I developed a unique position for myself as a Business Translator. This position allows me to capture business requirements from a client, convey them to a developer, verify and confirm that what has been requested is built from a business and technical perspective. Learning how to be unique in one’s profession and differentiating oneself is a critical skill for any persons successful future. Share the 3 key steps that helped you bring your vision to life: -Trusting God in light of some challenging circumstances that HE always knows best - Dedicating my efforts to define the vision, mission and objectives of my organization - Hiring 3 interns for my organization and defining the responsibilities and goals for their positions and working together to bring them to fruition What is next for you in 2020? Looking for opportunities to network and partner based on my newly acquired certifications as Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
