 Describe what makes you a Creative CEO: What makes me a creative CEO is my approach to business and life. I believe in taking a holistic approach and doing what feels good. I come up with ideas quickly and enjoy creating content on holistic health and personal development. I stopped waiting until the perfect time when my son was napping to create content and instead started to include him more in my videos. To me being a creative CEO is all about doing what you love, doing what feels good and taking the inspirational ideas that God gives us and executing on them. This is what I strive to do. What major business lesson did you learn in 2020?
Trust your intuition. Often times we may constantly ask others what they think but we have to learn how to trust our own internal guidance system. FOCUS- follow one course until successful. It is imperative to stay focused on one thing at a time. As entrepreneurs that are multi talented, we have a lot of responsibilities and sometimes we can get side tracked trying to do too many things at once. Staying focused on our plan and executing our strategy consistently so we can make progress in making our dreams a reality. Accountability is key. If you are able to hold yourself accountable or have an accountability partner to help you stay consistent that will help you stay on tract for achieving your goals. Any 2-3 tips you can share with readers to help them win in 2021? Emotional baggage blocks our ability to manifest what we desire. My first tip would be to release any hurts and pains that you have been holding on to from your past and make peace within your heart & mind so that you can be open to the flow of higher vibrational frequencies like love, abundance and joy. Follow your bliss, do more of what makes you happy and allow that feeling to embody your being as often as possible. My second tip would be to have a crystal clear vision of what you want to accomplish in 2021 and break it down into monthly goals. Don't focus on anything except for what you want to accomplish in that 30 days. My final tip would be to align with women who are where you want to be. Seek out mentorship and begin to build relationships with women that embody your values and that can help you grow to your next level. Share a bit of your vision and plans for this year: My vision this year is to connect and collaborate with other amazing creative CEO's, expand my coaching and consulting practice to include personal development digital products, 1 Day Intensives and group coaching programs that help my ideal clients release past emotional pain, boost their confidence, improve their health and begin to walk in their purpose.
