What makes you a visionary?
My life’s work has a higher purpose beyond my own material needs. I identify a problem in my community and take responsibility for contributing to its solution. My mission is to serve others in a way that best matches my skills and values. I am committed to making choices in my personal and professional life that furthers that purpose. I genuinely believe that having a positive attitude, no matter the challenges you face, makes a difference in your success. The two things that have sustained me throughout the years are a positive attitude and prayer.

What is next for you in 2020?
2020 has been a year of confirmation thus far. God has been confirming the promises that he has for my life. My next goal is to continue my growth as a visionary and philanthropist. I will remain a positive light in other peoples’ lives by serving my community and helping future scholars soar within higher education.
