What 1 tip would you share with entrepreneurs for surviving right now?
Understanding the power of a healthy hustle- fuel your creativity, ideas and productivity with a clean whole nutritious diet. Avoid sugary food and drinks, fatty foods and limit processed food that weigh you down, decrease focus and interrupt your work flow.

As we are encouraged to work from home limiting our activity and making unhealthy meals more likely to consume, I would discuss what’s in your pantry and on your plate during a 1:1 consultation, then develop a coaching plan to maximize your bottom line while slimming your waistline.
