What inspired you to become a CEO?
I always wanted to become a CEO even as a child I would play like I owned a Bank ( which is a lifetime goal of mine). I also remember being in middle school here in Philadelphia telling people that I had a clothing line named Renata Wear lol! At that time I had NO idea how to own and operate a business and as zealous as I was it would take me more than a decade to come into my own! I’m now the PROUD owner of Possible Cosmetics , the 1st black owned cosmetic line to launch in the 2nd largest mall in America, partner with Retail giant Walmart and become a published author!
What has been your most exciting accomplishment to date?
This is an amazing question I’m going to be completely honest. As we all know this year has been like no other as we face a global pandemic.
Something that I’ve never experienced. Something that took me months to grasp and try to get used to. Like Many of us I was at sort of a standstill mentally and spiritually. I must admit It took me months to regain my vision because for me it was blurry! With that being said the most exciting thing I accomplished was one weathering this mental , physical and emotional storm of 2020. From that I hosted a 3 day virtual summit entitled “Surviving COVID” where I brung on several successful entrepreneurs via instagram live to encourage and inspire those directly or indirectly affected by COVID-19. It truly brought some light to me and several other entrepreneurs during such an uncertain time.
