Introduce yourself to our readers:
I’m Precious Frazier - author, self-care coach, meditation teacher, and entrepreneur. I love all things wellness - yoga, healthy eats, fitness, mediation - and singing/dancing off key to gospel music, love songs, and trap music. While I hold several degrees and many titles - Author, Entrepreneur and Healer are my faves! I am passionate about helping women heal their fears and insecurities and achieve beauty and wellness from the inside and out. I started my journey as a wellness coach and healer back in 2012, when I received my holistic health coaching certification. As a wellness coach, I’ve helped women (and men) achieve their weight loss and nutrition goals while also empowering them to live an authentic and full life.
Tell us a bit about your journey into entrepreneurship?
Let’s see, I have been an entrepreneur on and off since, I was 13th or so, and I believe I was in the 7th grade. It all started when I was in a Junior Achievement Program, and one of our assignments was to sell auto lights we developed for the car. Each achiever was an independent representative responsible for marketing and selling their product. Since then, I have owned a Modeling Company, two catering businesses, written a cookbook, dabbled in one or two MLM businesses, and now Tawawn Lowe Enterprises.
What top three brand development tips would you share with readers to help them succeed as business owners?
I first want to say that building a brand for your business is essential, and takes time to develop. The best tip I can give anyone business or potential business owner is to be consistent in your communication and messaging. If people are confused by your communication, who your target audience is, what you do, it makes it hard for them to trust you, and to buy from you.
My next tip would be to be consistency in your look, and what I mean is your website, content marketing, social media and packaging should be consistency with your brand colors, and again be consistent with your messaging. The most important tip I can offer is know your targeted audience. It is wonderful to want to help everybody, but you have to be specific in who you service. Example, my targeted audience is professional women ages 40-60, salary range $70,000+, some college education, and desire for more personally and professionally.
What inspired you to launch subscription boxes?
I believe everybody should become the best version of themselves, create their best lives, and the “Get A Little TLC” subscription box was a good way to put personal and professional development directly into people hands. In my research of subscription boxes, I learned that most boxes were geared towards self-care/love, beauty industry, or entrepreneurials. So that inspired me to create a box that was geared more towards personal and professional development.
What business efforts are you looking forward to in 2019?
I am looking forward to my Envision Your Future – The Vision Board Experience Masterclass Tour. I am excited about empowering individuals on the importance of having a vision for their lives, how to use a vision board as a success tool, and set effective goals to achieve their dream/ vision.
In addition to the Tour, I have four other major goals on the horizon for 2019. In November we launched the “Get A Little TLC” bi-monthly subscription box that brings your best self, personal growth, and self-care to a woman door to help her grow and become her best self. In 2019, our goal is to expand our reach and subscribers.
My second goals is to bring more awareness to the Women Walking in Their Own Shoes (WWITOS) Movement – and to get more women to take the WWITOS Pledge. My goal is to get 10,000 women to say “YES” to becoming their best self and creating their best life. Will you take the pledge: www.thewwitospledge.com.
The third goal is the implement the WWITOS Inner Circle Membership site. A platform where women can get on-demand personal and professional development workshops, information and resources. The fourth goal is the completion of my book “From Heels to Heights” which is about women turning their missteps into stepping stones for success. In this book, I talk about the social and learned behaviors, attitudes and mindset that are keeping women trapped, and preventing them for walking in their full potential.
