What inspired your interests in Yoga and Wellness?
I have always been into holistic approaches to wellness and wanted to incorporate those practices into my personal and professional life. My personal wellness pursuit led me to the beautiful practice of yoga. Yoga has profoundly impacted my life in wonderful ways and I wanted to share that experience with others.
My vision has been to create an intimate yoga space that focuses on emotional wellness as the foundation of our classes, events, and workshops. Our classes are created to lift the spirit, open the heart, sharpen the mind, and nourish the body to tackle the everyday trials of being human.
I teach a sweet, slow, and sometimes strong style of moving through poses with breath. Each pose becomes an opportunity to make peace with one’s body. Furthermore, all of my classes are inclusive, noncompetitive, and welcoming of all bodies.
Yoga and Therapy are perfect lovers, each is distinct and uniquely valuable but when they enjoin, they create endless possibilities for transformation that are far greater than what is available when either are practiced alone. - Dr. M. Caplan

It used to be so simple. You just added up your income, subtracted expenses, and the rest went into savings. With a new baby arriving, finances are about to get even more complicated. Here are a few things to bear in mind so you won’t worry too much about tomorrow, and you can enjoy today with your new child.
First of all, you need to know how much you’ve got, and that includes all of your assets. Unless you’re holding a lot of cash, the roof over your head makes up the majority of that figure. You can get a quick estimate online, but for more accuracy, you’ll have to do some research into sale prices of comparable homes in your area. If in doubt, real estate agents offer broker price opinions or competitive market analyses. After adding up your other assets, such as stocks, you’ll know your net worth. This will help you protect your value and budget for unexpected expenses while planning for your future as well as that of your child.
